The spacious villa was a real treat, providing a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the ocean right from my private pool. I loved spending lazy afternoons by the beautifully designed gardens and savoring meals at the oceanfront restaurant where waves crashed against the wall. Just a short walk away, you can explore the pristine Klui Beach, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

Location: the hotel was near to the Spa and White Elephant restaurant, and different areas and sites. The staff were caring, and the villa we booked was nicely furnished.

The hotel staff is very friendly and make a good effort to please the guests. The spa is good
It seems that there is a big difference in comfort between rooms. The room we stayed in, was built in the traditional way which had many inconveniences. 1 - Too noisy, you could hear everything going on around the room including people passing by quite often. 2 - Humid, the sheets were completely soaking at night 3 - Dark, noisy ac and no tv. The breakfast options are poor and the furniture around the sitting area is old which is not very appealing. This hotel could be quite misleading on what they advertise and the reality so make sure you know what room you are booking. Is too expensive for what you get

My stay here was good, with easy access to fine Klui Beach just under 2 km away and the charming Art Market Senggigi only a short stroll from the resort, making it perfect for leisurely walks and exploring local culture.

Great pool! Great view on ocean! Good breakfast! Lovely atmosphere! Beautifull hotel with beautifull gardens!
Cold water in shower! Room nr. 17. Airconditioning works bad. Some prices for food and drinks are too high or what you get! Still lovely hotel.

The amenities need some serious work. The bathroom sliding door was jammed, and the shower had drainage issues, leading to water pooling and potential mosquito attraction. There was also inconsistent hot water from the coffee machine and problems with the toilet flushing. The mini bar fridge had a funky smell, and a few lights didn't work. To top it off, I experienced food poisoning from the Caesar salad, made for a rough couple of days afterwards. The restaurant's value for lunch and dinner didn't match the resort's supposed four-star status, and the overall dining experience was lackluster at best, with the Indian food being the only saving grace. Accessing the villa's pool may be tricky for older guests, which could be inconvenient.

We loved the hotel. Excellent service, breakfast, food, staff, pool, villa! Value for price! Just 5 mins to Singgigi with a taxi.
Ordering food / drinks at the bar, were charged with 5 % Service charge. When paying the final pay, they charged again 10 % Service charge. In total 15% Service charge is very high. SPA was too expensive, compare with the prices in the city.

We loved large breakfasts and great views!
We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was first-class. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was superb. The hotel was in a magnificent location just next door to sea and a fully enclosed private garden outside. Restaurant The Perfectionists' Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise;)))
